Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By checking the agreement box at checkout, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

1. Overview
Legacy Prep Solutions (a division of Allen-Smith Capital Group) provides document preparation, education, and coordination services. Because our deliverables are digital, custom-prepared, and delivered immediately upon completion, refund eligibility is limited as described below.
2. All Sales Are Final Once Documents Are Generated
Once your personalized blueprint, estate documents, or premium structuring materials have been generated, downloaded, or delivered, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable. This includes any tier (Essentials, Full Legacy Blueprint, or Premium Legacy Structuring).
3. Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a refund if all of the following apply:
- You have not generated, downloaded, or accessed any deliverable documents.
- You request the refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- You have not scheduled or completed a premium consultation.
4. Premium Tier (Custom Engagements)
Premium Legacy Structuring engagements are custom-quoted and may involve attorney coordination and third-party costs. Refunds for Premium engagements are evaluated case-by-case by our team and may be reduced by any work already performed, third-party fees incurred, or consultation time delivered.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@legacyprepsolutions.com with your order reference (from your receipt), purchase date, and the reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Most concerns can be resolved directly and more quickly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay or forfeit refund eligibility.
7. Access After Refund
If a refund is approved, related platform access tied to that purchase may be revoked. We will communicate any access changes in the refund confirmation email.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
